2018 Results

In 2018, LLC NPC VTD continued increasing the scope of pipeline inspection work. In the past year, over 330 sections of oil and gas pipelines have been inspected, including over 290 pipeline sections of Gazprom subsidiaries:

Gazprom transgaz Surgut;
Gazprom transgaz Tomsk;

Gazprom transgaz Ukhta;
Gazprom transgaz Tchaikovsky;
Gazprom transgaz Yugorsk.

Project management system was implemented in the company, which made it possible to reduce the time required for development of new equipment and upgrade of available tools.

LLC NPC VTD held another conference on Up-to-Date Capabilities of In-Line Inspection in which representatives of inspection, gas and oil transmission companies and control authorities from Russia and post-Soviet countries (Kazakhstan, Belarus, Uzbekistan) took part.

Cooperation with Belarusian oil and gas transmission companies was successfully developing.

NPC VTD delegation headed by Sergey Nalimov, General Director, and Natalia Ivanova, First Deputy General Director, visited Gomeltransneft Druzhba (Republic of Belarus, Gomel). During the meeting, NPC VTD specialists presented the company’s capabilities for managers and experts directly involved in arrangement and execution of in-line inspection. Moreover, further cooperation issues and peculiarities of work at Gomeltransneft Druzhba facilities.

A working meeting was held in Minsk with management officials of Gazprom Transgaz Belarus and the Physical-Technical Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.

From May 21, 2018 to June 11, 2018 in-line inspection of two 219 mm pipeline branches operated by Gazprom Transgaz Belarus was carried out with due quality and ahead of schedule.

As a part of the programme aimed at increasing the ILI scope of work, in-line inspection was carried out successfully at the pipelines of Rosneft-Vankor, Samotlorneftegaz, Irkutsk Oil Company, NOVATEK-YURHAROVNEFTEGAZ, SN-Gazdobycha, Growth Avenue Sdn Bhd (Malaysia), Elering AS (Estonia), Conexus Baltic Grid (Latvia).

In 2019, LLC NPC VTD specialist of will continue the development and production of new equipment.
